1. SHIPPING

1.1 Where do you ship?

We ship to all suburbs and postcodes in Australia. International delivery is available on special request. Please confirm prior to placing the order.


1.2 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We are happy to offer free shipping to most metro and regional areas in Australia. You can use the Shipping Calculator on the product page for an estimate.

We also offer additional shipping discounts on the purchase of more than one item. You can check shipping costs for your order at the Shopping Cart or Checkout page.


2. DELIVERY

2.1 How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All items are available at our warehouse in Sydney and ready for shipment. Every item will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping so there are no surprises when you receive it. The order is usually despatched in 1-2 business days and delivered in 1-6 business days in most cases. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.


2.2 How will my goods be delivered?

All orders are delivered through courier and require signature on delivery. If possible, provide an address where someone can sign and accept delivery. You can also track the status of your delivery online. Most couriers offer re-delivery free of charge or allow you to pick up from their depot. Leave us a comment at Checkout if you have any special requirements. For more information, please read the Delivery Information page.


2.3 Can I pick up the items?

Yes, this can be done through a special request. Please contact us prior so we can send you the details.


2.4 Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom at this stage. However, if you are located in Sydney and would like to inspect the items prior to purchase, we can organise that depending on the size of your order.


3. PRODUCTS

3.1 Are there any special offers currently?

We run special promotions and offers from time to time. We generally list our special offers on the Buying Tips page.

You can also sign up for our Newsletter to stay up-to-date on offers and promotions.


3.2 Do I get any additional discounts for a huge order?

Yes, of course. Please check our Frequent Buyers page for more details.


3.3 Do you provide warranty?

Yes, all light fixtures come with a 12 month warranty. The bulbs (globes) come with a 14 day replacement if they are found to be dead on arrival.
